Account, privacy and deletion requests
You can delete your account from the app’s Settings. You can also email us from the address associated with your account using “Account deletion” or “Privacy request” as the subject.
We may ask for proportionate verification, but will not ask for your password. If your household has another owner, shared records may remain for that owner. Our privacy policy explains deletion, retention and backups.
Security and copyright concerns
For a security issue, describe the affected feature and how to reproduce the issue without including other people’s data. Please avoid posting sensitive details publicly while the issue is being assessed.
